Who to write to, in what order, and what to expect. The contact details below are maintained from a single source of record and are the same details filed with the exchange under Regulation 46(2) and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Share-related requests go to the registrar. Disclosure, meeting and dividend queries go to the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Grievances follow the ladder described further down. The persons authorised to determine the materiality of events under Regulation 30 are listed for the purpose of that regulation only.

SEBI's framework expects an investor to approach the listed company first and to escalate only when the matter remains unresolved. Following the sequence also ensures that the record of the complaint is complete at each stage.
For disclosures, general meetings, e-voting, dividends declared, annual reports and any other matter concerning the company, write to the officer at the e-mail address shown in the contact card above. Quote your folio number or DP ID and Client ID. The company aims to respond within the timelines prescribed by SEBI.
For transfer, transmission, dematerialisation, change of address or bank mandate, nomination, duplicate certificates, KYC for physical holders and dividend payment issues, write to the registrar. Requests for physical holders are processed against the forms prescribed by SEBI (ISR-1 to ISR-4 and SH-13 or SH-14, as applicable), which are available on the registrar's website.
If the company or the registrar does not resolve the matter, lodge a complaint on SCORES, SEBI's online complaints redress system. The complaint is routed to the company, which must submit an action-taken report within 21 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may request a review within the period SCORES allows, after which SEBI may take up the matter.
After the SCORES process, an unresolved dispute may be referred to SMART ODR, the online dispute resolution portal established under SEBI's ODR framework. The portal provides conciliation and, if required, online arbitration through institutions empanelled by the market infrastructure institutions.
SEBI has prescribed investor charters for market intermediaries, including Registrars and Transfer Agents, that set out the services an investor may expect, the timelines within which those services are to be delivered, and the rights and responsibilities of the investor. The charter applicable to the company's registrar is available on the registrar's website. The summary below is provided for convenience and does not replace the charter or the underlying regulations.
Use this form for general investor queries. It reaches the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer's office. Please quote your folio number or DP ID and Client ID where the query concerns a specific holding.
Not a substitute for SCORES. Submitting this form does not constitute lodging a complaint with SEBI. A grievance that you wish to place on the regulator's record must be lodged on SEBI SCORES. This form is also not the channel for share-transfer or KYC requests, which must be sent to the registrar on the prescribed forms.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. We will reply to the e-mail address you provide.
