Silverline Technologies Limited is a listed Indian technology company, incorporated in Mumbai in 1992. Today we build enterprise AI agents, bespoke agentic pipelines and advisory programmes for banks, financial institutions and industrial organisations.
About SilverlineSilverline began as a software services company and grew through the 1990s on the back of process discipline, long client relationships and a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes rather than headcount. Those habits have not changed. What has changed is the work.
Our practice today has three strands. Silver AI, launched on 2 February 2026, is our enterprise AI agent platform: a catalogue of agents that operate inside a client's own controls, with every action logged and every decision boundary explicit. Our bespoke agentic pipelines connect those agents to the systems, documents and approval flows that real institutions run on. And our fintech consulting practice helps regulated organisations decide where automation belongs, and where it does not.
Alongside client work, our research effort in 2026 concentrates on three applied problems: cyber-threat detection, supply-chain resilience, and energy and grid optimisation.
A short account of the company as recorded in its filings and public history. Dates and milestones below are limited to what is on record.
Silverline is incorporated in Mumbai as Silverline Industries Limited and begins building a software services business for domestic and overseas clients.
The company expands its delivery capacity through the decade and is appraised at SEI CMM Level 4, an early marker of the process discipline that still shapes how we run engagements.
Silverline becomes the first Indian company to list on the NYSE, taking the company to an international investor base at the height of the first wave of offshore IT services.
Through the following years the company is restructured and refocused on consulting and IT services, retaining its Indian listing and its base in Maharashtra.
On 2 February 2026 Silverline launches Silver AI, its enterprise AI agent platform, and sets its research and development focus on cyber-threat detection, supply-chain resilience, and energy and grid optimisation.
Clients in regulated industries do not need to be persuaded that AI is powerful. They need to know it will behave. These are the principles our teams are held to.
Scope is written down before work starts. Agents are given specific tasks, specific data and specific success criteria, and are measured against them.
Every agent operates within limits set by the client: which systems it may touch, which actions require a human, and what it must never do. Those limits are enforced in code, not in a policy document.
Actions are logged, decisions are traceable and a named person on our side is answerable for each deployment. When something goes wrong, the record shows what happened and why.
We prefer to grow with a small number of clients over many years than to take on work we cannot support. Most of our engagements begin small and extend as trust is earned.
Governance. Silverline Technologies Limited is listed on BSE Limited and publishes its disclosures under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We will walk you through Silver AI on your own use case and tell you honestly where it fits and where it does not.
